The data processor

The data processor is the company SIWA & FIGLI, with company registered office in G. Marcora n. 23 - 60022 Castelfidardo (AN)

Data source

The processing of your data is done exlusively at the concerned person, to which is always released an information sheet and, when it is necessary, it is required an explicit authorisation for the data processing.

Finalità

The purposing for which SIWA & FIGLI can process the datas of the proper clients are:

–        Handling of the orders

–        Handling of the payment

–        Direct marketing through traditional paper based poste, email or phone.

Data processing and the information to the third parties

Tha datas are processed by the following methods  in a manual and electronics ways and they are conserved on the paper-based and computer systems.

The datas won't be communicated to the third parties, except to the transport companies in order to proceed to the delivery and to the ispection authorities.

Usage of the datas for the marketing purposes

Tha datas provided by the customer during the purchase, could be used for the shipping of the marketing material or promotional material, related to the purchased products,to his/her address or through email address.

’If the customer has authorised the usage of his/her phone number, provided at the moment of the purchased, and could be contacted for marketing purposes, promotions or be updated about the products of his/her preference.

Data storage

The files containing the personal datas are kept for not more than 10 years.

The storage of the datas for marketing purposes will not be more than five years.

Rights exercise

The customer can exercise his/her the rights, guaranted by the new data protection Regulation (art. from 15 to 22 of the UE2016/79 Regulation) sending an email to the info@siwafigli.com
