Once I have purchased the product, is this covered by a warranty?
The warranty covers 2 years on new products and 1 year on used product. For more information about warranty please check our Sales Conditions and Terms.
Regarding accessories and parts for accordion, I have my own list of desidered items. How can I order them?
You can send us a list and we will send you the relative costs for acceptance as soon as possible. Once the costs we will accepted, we will handle your customize order.
The warranty of my products is expired. What should I do?
You can contact us and we will find a solution together. The product will still continue to have technical assistance (to be charged but you will have the right for a discount).
The packaging of the item I received has been damaged. What should I do?
When accepting the package, you should sign the transport document and write down on it “Conditionally accepted”, report to the courier what actually is the problem and call us immediately to inform us about the damage.The replacement of the product is possible in Italy. For other countries the options are to be evaluated together with the Seller.
The item seems to be damaged / I cannot turn it on/It is not working. How can I solve it?
You should contact us immediately with the description of the problem ( photo/video). We will try to handle the problem and provide you technical assistance trying to solve it within 24 hours. If the problem is not solved, we will also evaluate the refund or replacement of product ( if this is the case).
I live outside Italy and returning the product costs a lot. What should I do?
Our sales assistance is at your disposal in order to find a solution. If the returning a product is not a solution, we will provide you with technical online assistance or other means in order to understand better and solve the problem.
